Fast review, so the production was a disaster but the game itself is pretty good. Yes it's a mega man clone but the dash mechanic adds a unique twist that makes it its own game. As you attack enemies you dash through them to absorb health or an upgrade. Chain dashes for a multiplier to get higher scores and better ranks. This makes it so that it's not just about getting from point a to point b but there is some depth to the action. Still the getting through the levels isn't all that great as these levels don't match the greatness of mega man. Like mega man you absorb the bosses power, these come with all sorts of powers most are kind of useless but one basically turns you into zero with a swords and everything. Bosses are fine, the usual use the weapon that is a weakness. Not bad at all, it's a solid game but didn't deserve all the attention it got. |

I was imagining a Game of Thrones hack and slash 2D platformer. Which would have been pretty good.
