Been playing Xenoblade Chronicles 2 and I’m quite absorbed into it now. The combat is really enjoyable and the game environment is typically massive and fun to explore. However there have been a couple of times where I have found it difficult to discern exactly the path I need to take to get to an objective. It may be the map or it could just be me. The music is better then XCX but not as good as XC. The graphics are pretty nice even in portable mode which while admittedly a little rough I didn’t think that it was as bad as I was expecting.

The shipyard, right?

Head north from Greatspine boundary. So you have to go through the map, look for the fast travel point and warp there.

Portable resolution is trash, so bad I cannot even play 5 minutes on it.

Can you explain how chaining combos works in this game as when the tutorial came on in that part my game glitched.

Hey Leo and Edge are you guys safe from this "bomb cyclone" thing hitting the northeast? I can't tell if this thing is a just a bad winter storm the media is hyping up or if it's a genuine concern.

We've got like 20 inches so far where I am. Fucking pain in the ass to shovel....I really need a snow blower. Just nearly killled myself shoveling my driveway and it's not over yet.

Yeah the shipyard was the toughest place for me to find but I eventually found it.

The portable aspect didn’t seem that bad to me. Played some in that mode.

From my understanding you just fill the meter in the top right, press the + button then each character takes a turn and you press the corresponding button with which of their blades that you want to attack with. After each attack the enemy gets an protective orb of that element so after each attack it’s best to use the opposing elemental blade to maximize damage.

Saw this video just now, and it reminded me of when nVidia was talking all kinds of shit about the PS4 and Xbone and how much more powerful their PC gpu's were. Funny how when the Switch came out 4 years later and was even LESS powerful than the 4 year old PS4 and Xbone, nVidia had nothing but praise for it. I wonder why? It couldn't have anything to do with the fact that Sony and Microsoft gave them the middle finger...could it?

still not sure I understand but I'll test it out thanks. How do you know which element opposes the other other than fire and water?

Well say you attack with Pyra then the enemy gets a defense buff against fire so for the next attack you’ll want to use a water blade for maximum damage. I think it also mentioned the order which may have been along the lines of fire>water>lightning>wind>earth>fire but I’m not sure. You can buy tutorial information from the informants in towns so the info might be in one of those. You go in the order of you team formation so just equip their blades with that attack flow in mind. Anyway it’s pretty straightforward once you actually try it yourself so just try the attack and you’ll probably understand better.

It could be worse his parents could've named him Richard Butts than people could call him Dick Butts.

I started up Splinter Cell Pandora Tomorrow HD on the PS3 after finishing SC1 HD.

I forgot how much of a jump PT was in terms of production over the already impressive first game. SC1 was pretty incredible on the Xbox in 2002, but PT came out what, like a year later? And it really blows it away. Even the gameplay and level design is much tighter. It really was a big step up that always gets forgotten because it's the middle game in between the original and the magnum opus of the series that was Chaos Theory. But yeah, even today PT hold up really well graphically and gameplay wise. Especially since we don't get many games like this anymore.

There's no need to go beyond English names for English innuendo. Why not simply, Dickin Butts?
