Mass Effect 2 is currently for free on Origin. I haven't played any of these games. Seems like a good time to try one. 
It's awesome, get it, play it right away.

Sony gave my $10 free for some reason I don't know.
I got Psychonauts with that $10.
I already had it on PC but I haven't played the PC version yet.

I got it yesterday. I thought it was because I recently got a PS4.

If I do I'll probably have to go hunting local stores for one, unless Amazon ends up getting another shipment. We'll see. Either way, I'm sure by the end of March you'll be able to get one fairly easy.

It's funny...I feel guilty getting rid of a console usually UNLESS I know the new system is backwards compatible. Like when the Wii U came out I had no problem whatsoever getting rif of the OG Wii...but the Wii U I feel I need to hang on to mostly because it plays those OG Wii games plus the few U games that don't get ported to Switch.
I bought a nice mint condition fatty PS3 off eBay a few years ago...the one that plays all games from every PS console. I stuck a nice 500 gig HDD in that bad boy so there's no way I can get rid of that. The original PS1 games look aesome on it too, through HDMI and with smoothing on. PS2 games also. Much better than playing them on a PS2. I set that up already at my new place because I'm playing Yakuza 5 right now.
At my old place I had every one of my systems set up even though like you said, they hardly get played. This time though I think I'm going to just leave most of them boxed up and just take them out when I actually use them. My new game room is nice and plenty of room for the newer systems but it would be really cluttered having ALL of them hooked up from the beginning of time. Plus, it just looks too nerdy. lol
Picked up the Xbox One version of Doom for $30 and Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King for the 3DS today.
I changed my Mass Effect pre-order to the PC version. PC + Xbox controls = Win.
Picked up Forza Horizon 3 for the Xbox One today.
