So, not much different than MH3U?
I'll pick it up tonight and see what it's all about. Hoping I can get the basics down in 20 hours or so. Then we can start to figure out the online portion.
Bought this a few days ago and I can confirm:
...it --IS-- as absolutely ridiculous and fun as I thought it was going to be!
...and, yes, she has kittens hanging off of her tits.
That is all.

I'm still finding my way around the hub. I found how to enable online play, but then forgot how to do it again and now I can't find it anymore... Anyhow, I find that the game scales wonderfully to the small screen. Camera is a bit of an issue, but it's workable. I'm currently rocking hammers and charge blades. My gear is mostly still the innitial set, as I'm saving up for some decent upgrades instead of half meassure stuff I'll be trading in an hour down the road. Charge blades seem to be upgradable mostly with ore, which is a bummer, as mining isn't half as fun as slaughtering large beasts.

So I ended up with Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate, The Guided Fate Paradox, and Lego City Undercover for the boy, since he's been asking for it ever since I sold it.
I thought Gamespot was in California?

They're a nationwide chain (unless this a some kind of joke that has gone completely over my head).

I always ended up accidentally calling Gamestop, Gamespot because I spent a long time on Gamespot.com that I kept confusing the two names.
Think I'm gonna open an online game store and call it GameTops just to confuse the shit outta everyone!
Ordered Tokyo Mirage Sessions for the Wii U today, should get it by Monday. Downloaded Ryse: Son of Rome Legendary Edition on Xbox One for $9.90 thanks to Microsoft's Ultimate Summer Sale.
Downloaded the Xbox 360 version of Soul Calibur II HD on the Xbox One today for $10 as part of the Ultimate Summer Sale. While not an amazing deal per say it is an excellent game and $10 is ok.
